| Abstract in Lingua Inglese | This paper gives the results of a tassonomic review of the genus Amarantus in the Herbarium of Veneto of the University of Padova. Different theories about the tassonomy of this group were taken into consideration and some conclusion are reported. Particular emphasis was given to the classification of the group of A. hybridus which has been suddivided into two "bonae species" A. hypocondriacus and A. cruentus. Whithin this group some new subspecies and varieties have been observed. An interesting result is the discovery of A. albus ssp. rubicundus. This is a new ssp. for Italy and for continental Europe since up to now it has been found among European countries, only in England. |
| Abstract in Lingua Italiana | Esposizione dei risultati di una revisione sistematica del genere Amarantus dell'Erbario Veneto dell'Università di Padova. Sono state considerate le varie tendenze della tassonomia del gruppo e si è giunti ad alcune conclusioni. In particolare, è stata curata l'impostazione del gruppo di A. hybridus smembrato nelle due "bonae species" A. hypocondriacus e A. cruentus. Nell'ambito di questo gruppo sono state osservate alcune sottospecie e varietà nuove. Un interessante ritrovamento è costituito da A. albus ssp. rubicundus. Questa ssp. è nuova per l'Italia e per l'Europa continentale, essendo conosciuta, sino ad ora, per l'Europa, solo in Inghilterra. (LH) |
