| Abstract in Lingua Inglese | The Phenologic herbarium of prof. Marcello, stored with the herbarium of the Botanic and Plant Phisiology Institute of the University of Padova, confined to a definite field of interest embraces about nine thousand exsiccata collected by Prof. Marcello in Italy and abroad, even in extra Europe countries. Most of exsiccata have their scientific name, the indication of the time and place of collection, the phenological symbols, (000, +00, ++0, +++, 0++, 00+, 000) and many noteworthy remarks about phenology, climate and station. Thanks to the whole of these data, about the plants, this herbarium is a source of interesting phenologic remarks on the taxa; besides it is a precious matching matter to explain the antithesis and every kind of phenologic moment, of the species. Most of the Italian specimens and particularly those of Venice's region, were collected in the same place in different seasons and years; they supply a series of date which enable us to know the anthesic rhythm of the species. Besides many of the specimens were collected all along a transect whose limits are at different levels and they prove the delay and the anticipation of the beginning of the anthesis, or probable fluctuations in its course just due to this difference of height. Therefore we decided to revise it sistematically, to complete some phenologic remarks, using the notes about the exsiccata, made by Marcello, to gather the matter in a catalogue with all the indications we have just mentioned. To revise it critically we ask the cooperationof italian and foreign technicians. The "Consiglio Nazionale delle Ricerche", financed this program, which proves to be rather hard and long. After one year's work, we have finished to reviewand to schedule but a little part of the herbarium, and we think that the work will take at leastone or two more years. When the work is over, this herbarium, the only existing phenologic one, will beready for consultation as every other herbarium in the Institute. Besides we hope ti enlarge it with other researcher's plants if their data follow the pattern of the Rete Fenologica Italiana; some series of specimens were gathered for this reason, in different parts of Italy and abroad. They will find their place in the Phenologic Herbarium, only when the review of the herbarium of Prof. Marcello is over. |

Fonte di interessanti dati sulla fenologia dei vari taxa, ma soprattutto materiale prezioso di confronto per l'interpretazione dei momenti antesici efenologici delle varie specie.
